NEW EDUCATOR PROGRAM FOR 2021
With many schools still operating virtually and continued restrictions on large gatherings, many of our in-school programs have had to be put on hold for the current school year. However, our commitment to STEM Education is never closed, and the C5ISR Center is looking for ways to support educators during this time.
Whether you are interested in participating in our “Engineering2Classorrom” (E2C) Virtual Elementary School activity or you are seeking specific resources, we are here to help. Please contact us at usarmy.apg.ccdc-c5isr.mbx.outreach@mail.mi to see what we have to offer.
The following programs are currently on hold for the 2020-2021 School Year:
Development of STEM literacy must begin at the youngest grade levels. The C5ISR Center Outreach Program Office tours an in-school program to interested 1st through 5th grade classrooms in northeastern Maryland. The program couples storytelling, basic STEM language, career awareness and children’s natural tendencies towards inventive play.
One day in-school assembly, speaker’s panel or activity to promote STEM engagement. The program is designed with the specific school’s needs in mind and customized to best serve your students.
The world-class C5ISR Center Workforce is committed to nurturing the next generation of STEM professionals. We are pleased to offer the opportunity for students to work virtually with one of our scientists or engineers in the completion of a high school capstone project.
